Description

Beautiful, locally handcrafted table; made from wood reclaimed from Basel's much-loved ferries.  Between Basel's five bridges across the Rhine you will find the city's four ferries, “Wilde Maa”, “Leu”, “Vogel Gryff” and “Ueli”, with which you can cross the Rhine  using only the natural power of the river's current.

As part of the regular maintenance and repair of the ferries, the wood decking is replaced, and these are made from the old wood decking of the ferries.

The table may be used inside or out.

This is limited edition, as there is limited wood available.
